I use SIG Pro and on my page it makes something weird i couldn't find anywhere on this forum.

Everything works fine, thumbnails are showing, slideshow works fine, but stil it shows the error message on the top of my page:

The permissions (CHMOD) are set OK (otherwise it wouldn't work at all, wouldn't it?)

Hmmm... the warning message from the server tells us that
we don't have the permissions to create a file inside the temp folder...

But the thumbs were created!  ???
Well, can you please empty the temp folder and run the gallery again?
Also, can you please post a direct link to the gallery?

You could mute the script, commented out the line 41, at the file sigpro_engine.phpwith the symbol "@" in front of the line.
