My whole site crashes when I enable SIG pro! was created by Erik Gibson

I just purchased SIG pro (v2) after using SIG successfully for a couple of days on my Joomla 1.5. After installing and enabling the plugin, my startpage (which had some galleries) gets totally hacked by the plugin. See attached images below.

What can I do to fix this? Need the gallery online ASAP!

When the page seems cut off like that, it's a php error. Please go to the plugin parameters and enable "debug mode". Reply back with a link to your site's gallery.

I enabled debugging but still have the same problem.
My site is www.kite.se and my gallery is in {gallery}blogg/04-14{/gallery}

I need to have my site running, so I will disable the plugin for now. How can I find the php-error and how do I fix it (i tried browsing this forum)?

i was wrong. Now the thumbs are showing, but when I click some of them I get a _blank window instead of the lightbox. Also, my slider and accordion menus don't work on the startpage.

I changed the sizes of the thumbnails to 100x80px and that made them show correctly.

I have test galleries at:

How could you upgrade my software?

I also got help from one of your colleagues today ("vinikey"), who increased the memory limit of my server. Quote:

"The problem was with the memory limit of the server.
I had to increased to 64M and now the site is going on well!

The modification is in the file sigpro.engine.php, at the line 203

You can increase that limit in your php.ini file."

Which fix made my galleries work again?
Just one more question: My site got very slow after the fix, is that due to the script or something else?

Whenever the thumbnails are created for the first time, it takes a few more seconds to load the page with the galleries. In your case, your frontpage has many galleries, thus the minor delay.

It's best to have less than 30-40 thumbs in your frontpage. ;)

When you are this fast with support, this plugin is by far the best I've tried!

I still have a problem with the top menu (slidermenu) not being animated as it should be. This is only a problem on the pages with galleries. Do you know how I might resolve this?

Could be a javascript conflict issue. Try switching SIG Pro to some other popup engine and see what happens. You should easily find one that does not conflict. ;)

It's very strange, but even though I disabled the SIG plugin, the galleries still work. The menus don't.

I did, it seems this public computer had a different setting than ctrl+F5 for refreshing and clearing cache :-[. Sorry!

Does my site look alright to you?

I was viewing my site with IE 6.0 and your "ultimate png fix" enabled but it looks like crap. The main logo is squeezed and the menu images are not transparent nor clickable.
Any suggestion?

PNG fixes can be tricky. Uninstall the PNF fix for the moment.
