I HAVE SEARCHED AND SEARCHED TO THE POINT THAT I AM SICK OF SEARCHING!!!

I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT I CAN FIND TO GET THE CAPTIONS TO WORK RIGHT!!!

i paid too much for this to not work. this is garbage. i have tried everything to get the custom captions to work. 777, create the file myself, everything.

i have even tried to turn the captions off. NO LUCK. no matter what i choose, i get the stupid defaults.

i want this to work, or i will begin campaigning against this company!!!

if i get ignored by admins i will proceed with this as well!!!

no. i cant. i know that sound stupid, but i cant. the customer i am working on this for would not like the potential publicity. it's sad that i would have to do that anyway. i promise you, ITS NOT WORKING!!!!!!

if i had time i would make a demo site to show you, but i have already lost a tremendous amount of money messing with this PRO garbage. had it not been for the captions, i would have just stuck with the free program, wich i commend you guys on!! thew free program works well. but i needed the captions. i have almost decided to just absorb the money i spent on this as a loss and move on with something else. this bothers me. plenty of other people have had the same problem and it doesnt seem like there's was worked out either. or maybe they figured out what was wrong without the "assistance" of this forum.

this is a common problem. there is apparently a common cause. you guys should have come up with a solution by now and added it to the instructions.

Could you please describe to me exactly what your problem is once you can't post a link to your site, what are the steps you are following from installing the plugin and what do you see at the frontend?
