Anyone have any idea why I would have to cut and paste this

in the beginning of any new article to get my photo galleries to work?

I've installed the program as instructed, it works but I have to do the cut and paste every time.

The code you have posted is generated of the plugin. For some reason, as you describe, it doesn't work with your site, right? Could you please post a link to your site?
