hey,
first: my english isn`t so good, i hope, you can understand my problem.

i worked with the free version, that would be great. so, i buy the pro-version.
i uninstall the free version and install the pro-version.

but now, it doesn`t work anything. i can`t see any thumbs. not on older site, not on new sites after installing the pro-version.

nothing is ok.
yesterday night i have changed back to the free version, because my client watched the site.

now, i installed the pro-version is installed again, and if would see, you see no thumbs at all.

Seems like the plugin tags are not called in your articles.

The CSS/JS files are, but the actuall thumb html is not displayed. Pretty weird. Does your WYSIWYG editor perhaps strip them out or something?

Are you using JCE?

Yes, I`m working with JCE, should i change to another editor, have you another another recommendation?

i can see the gallery-strings in html-code (in jce), i did not make any changes, after uninstall free and install pro-version

Try this. Re-install SIG Pro and revert to no WYSIWYG editor in the Global Configuration page. Clean any caches and let me know.

hey,
first thanks for help, but the pro version will not work with me ;)

i re-install pro
i changed to "no editor"
i clear the cache

should i go back to the free version?
