the modifying of the thumbs solves the prob with the ordering but not the distance to the text under it.

If you wanna change the vertical distance of the thumbs, just tweak the HEIGHT setting in the plugin's parameters. ;)

Yes, I would like to change the vertical and the horizontal distance between the thumbs. I was looking at the sigpro_default.css. But I dont find something that looks like I can change this.

In this case, just tweak the WIDTH/HEIGHT values in the plugin's parameters.

You only need to change one of the 2 CSS files (one for the deafult layout, the other for Yearbook) located in the folder mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro/.
DO NOT change anything in the subfolders. ;)

thank you very much. But I think you dont understand me right. To change the values of the height is no option to me. I have one size to all images in the rest of the site. I mean I dont understand the css-file(s). The layout is tableless and I dont know what to change. There are 2 css files. The default and the yb. What can I do to change the height of the space under the thumbnails. I dont find something like "margin-bottom". I just need about 5px under the thumbnails. No place for caption or other text. Can you help me please
Regards
Jens

So, I will repeat once more, that you need to add a smaller height value. DO NOT WORRY, it will not make your thumbs shorter, it will just decrease the inbetween vertical space.
If you've already set a "master" width and height value, use the custom options to set unique width/height per gallery if you wish. For that, please read the instructions in the plugin's parameters page.

Justify cannot align the gallery in the middle, try increasing the thumb width to fill all available space... ;)
