Hi there. I've recently purchased Simple Image Gallery Pro 2.04 for Joomla 1.5. Everything works fine except thumbnails: they didn't show up correctly, only white thumbnails. I've read many threats about this problem but I couldn't fix it.

There is a high probability that your template's CSS overwrites the plugin's. Maybe some statement that makes the images background:none;.
Provide a link to your site to make sure of the problem.

Have you made any changes to the plugin? Did you try to modify it in some way?

I did this: Just change extension .jpeg -> .jpg

I did this: Just change extension .jpeg -> .jpg

I checked images' extension and it's .jpg

Try to clean your cashe.

I've just cleaned the cache but I still having the same white thumbnails...

Could you try renaming the images avoiding any special characters, spaces, parenthesis, etc?

There is something wrong with the output of the plugin in your site. The correct output is
<ul><li><span><span><a><img>, however in your site you get <ul><li><span><span><a><a><img>. You get an a element twice.

Could you PM me the plugin file jw_sigpro.php to take a look whether the problem is located there?

I changed the filenames into simple standard characters and problem dissapeared... Found this and it helped: forum.joomlaworks.net/index.php?topic=9787.msg35312#msg35312
Make sure you clear the cache before you test.
