I have checked a few demos and apparently Rss Items are not retrieved by the default joomla search box/facility?
Has anyone have this issue before? Is there any customization in the script or any development done in this aspect? Any work around?
This feature is crucial for my website.

Were you able to resolve this? I am experiencing the same - I have tried Search and Smart Search modules. Neither of these is able to retrieve search results from Simple RSS Reader.
