First, thank you giving out Simple RSS Feed Reader for free!

I want to inform you about I problem I had and the solution:
Some entries in the feed was not showing on my webpage and I found out that they all where published/updated on the same minute. It helped to add seconds (%S) to the $itemDateIndex on line 58 in helper.php.

Is there an better solution to this problem or is this the only way to do it? Perhaps this fix could be added to the next release?
