White blank empty page was created by Reiyo

HI,
I have moved my localhost website to a live server on godaddy!

I can not open some articles from backend it shows a white blank empty page and there is nothing in the page body or head like there is no page at all so setting the error_reporting to development or maximum will not help because nothing will show!

What can I do in this case please help?

Also I have about 50k articles

You can test to see if it's your current hosting is what causing the problem by putting your site on the Complimentary CloudAccess plan (few restrictions - outlined on page): bit.ly/1FPP5hA

Yes I tested the website on another host and it worked it seems like the webserver is what causing this problem
right?

I would think so. Personally, I would recommend using either CloudAccess or Siteground

Thank you for the recommendation Joseph I looked at the links you posted! interesting.
now I have to convince my client otherwise I dunno what to do if he is not convinced I will have to try and solve the problem where we hosting the web at. :(

Enable error reporting from your site's Global Configuration.
This will print the actual error and you can troubleshoot it. It could be something simple like a PHP memory limit

Hi Krikor thank you for your response I don't think enabling error reporting will do anything coz I already tried and I just get empty page so I thought it could be a memory limit asked the host to raise it for me with no luck!

These errors are recorded in your error_log.
Your hosting provider will point you to the direction of that file.

That's the problem Krikor the error_log is empty I talked to the support for 2 hours yesterday and it was just a waste of 2 hours they didn't help at all
I even told them I don't know if the error_log is disabled or it is just that not working at all He said it's empty coz there are no errors then what the hell is the problem I am still trying to figure out!

No errors and white page of death.
This is a paradox.

If it was working on another hosting provider, plus the 2hr session with support I think you need to move your site onto a different provider.

That's what I am gonna do like I said it works perfectly on my localhost and on another host the support was good at throwing the blame at me! lesson learned never Godaddy again!

I looked at most of hosts in the link you sent me eurovps seems the best I think I already decided :)

They have positive reviews but I have never used them personally.
I have used DigitalOcean but you have to setup the VPS yourself.

Well I was a bit scared of eurovps to be honest after I read some reviews in spite of that they seem decent!
so the choice for me now is going between inmotion and eurovps

Consider each host's data. If your audience is primarily in the US, I would recommend InMotion over EuroVPS.

Well audience is in the MENA region it is supposed to be euroVPS I have a few projects I am gonna try both
