Plug-in File: "searchertransaction"
I know it is not a part of the k2 core
The funny and strange thing is that every time I uploaded my files it seemed like the plugin code was on one line which kept causing the error Strange! Why this file among thousands of joomla files?

I think you need to ask the extension's developer about this.
He might also provide a solution.

After installing K2 in two sites of mine I noticed that the admin menu item was labeled com-K2 and each submenu item also had the com- in front of it. When clicked I also received the white screen of death.
After searching on the forum last night I found this thread. I got a chance to tinker with it more today.
I searched the plugin manager for "k2" and disabled all but one of the K2 plugins. Then refreshed the admin control panel page on the site in between re-enabling each one of the plugins. The menu items and sub items returned to their normal appearance and no longer give the white screen after clicking. All of the plugins are enabled now and it appears to still be working...
Knock on wood.
Dustin
