You are right on the CSS conflict. The most probable reason is a conflict with the modal class.

And as regards the SEF Urls - some tags work without SEF urls, other tags do not work with off SEF urls.

Caspar, thanks for finding this! I had the same problem, but in a different part of CiviCRM, and never thought of checking K2.

I really do not know what your site is misbehaving.
Is it working without SEF urls?

Also are you using a modified htaccess file? Can you try with Joomla!'s default htaccess?

Yes Lefteris as I already mentioned, I have this effect in all articles which has the "AllVideo" tag. And no, I don't have any K2 third party plugins. Seems an issue with Gantry 5 / Rockettheme Callisto template.

Update: Just installed PHP version 5.4.43-1 and it seems, that this eliminates the issue :-) !

Also I made K2Tag cloud.The whole K2 cloud does not work.

es handelt sich hier nicht um K2, aber vielleicht kann ich dir weiterhelfen. Deine HTML-Pfade (URL) sind doch ziemlich lang. Auf dem ersten Blick sehe ich, dass du eine Kategorie "Schweissband" hast, deine URL jedoch "schweissband-schweissbaender-uebersicht" lautet. Hier solltest du den URL-Alias in den Kategorien anpassen, wenn das nicht absichtlich so gewollt wurde. Weitere Kürzungen den URL sind erstmal nur durch das Abflachen deiner Kategoriestruktur möglich (d.h. nehme einige Unterkategorien raus und veröffentliche Artikel unter der übergeordneten Kategorie). Mit den K2-Tags kannst du dann unabhängig von der Kategorie deine Artikel in einzelne Tags gruppieren. Eine andere Möglichkeit ist es mit SEF-Erweiterungen die URLs selbst zu beeinflussen (sh404sef, joomsef usw.). Jedoch ist der Einarbeitungsaufwand bei diesen Erweiterungen ziemlich hoch.

Well I red the "or"-Solution, but I didnt understand it.

1. Create a empty k2category-menuitem - done

2. Have all orphan tags render through that menu item.

Erm!? I got a category-item, what does this have to do with the tags, and now to "let them render" through it. I just dont get what you mean netiehr what I have to do here...

Ok, since they offer K2 compatibility, it is that plugin that should work with K2 not vice versa.

Ok, I'm glad you solved this but if this plugin (extensions.joomla.org/profile/extension/news-display/content-infos/last-modified correct me if I'm wrong_ it does not offer K2 support it should not be affecting K2.
K2's AJAX requests are being made towards com_k2 only.

I found that issue was with plugin Last Modified.
But developer of this plugin said, that k2 makes not correct requests:

Try disabling all 3rd party extensions one by one (except K2 of course) to find out which is causing this issue.

As Krikor answered the issue is coming by a system plugin, not K2. You need to find out which plugin is that and how is related with K2.

I just tested in my setup . I added the tag "Pihalni orkester Šentjanž" and everything works fine.

I disabled this plugin /seolinks/, but the error still exists.

Can you disable this plugin to see if that fixes this issue?
