Just wondering if you'll be removing google Plus now that the service has been shut down. I figure it's just a waste of a plugin now. I know the Google Account part still works but I see there are plugins for both.

Yes, of course. It will be removed in the coming days in the K2 GitHub repo and we will force-disable the button by default. This change will be part of K2 v2.10.
