Just to update this thread for the current version of K2, this fix also worked on version 2.6.8, but I found the code at line 1210

That is default Joomla! behaviour.
The menu title will not auto fill by default.

I have checked with latest version of 25.22 version..

When we select any k2 tag or k2 item , menu titile does not Fill up automatically.

Your Joomla! version is really outdated.
You should update to 2.5.22

Dear Sir,

I am using joomla 2.5.9 version and k2 latest version.

I have found the problem when we create new menu item with k2 tag OR k2 item.

I have selected the k2 tags and k2 items but it should not fill up the menu automatically.

And when we save the menu it should ask the menu title, Previously version it was worked fine.

Please kindly guide us, for your more reference here I have attached the screen-shot.

Hi. SocialConnect is mainly an extension to allow your site visitors sign in using social networks. Regarding Facebook and Twitter sharing it does not add any buttons for this. It just adds the proper meta tags so Facebook and Twitter will read the correct information when you share an article there.

There are other solutions out there for adding sharing buttons. K2 for example has this out of the box.

Finally regarding cURL, it is standard on most PHP installations. Your hosting company should enable this.

Hi. AllVideos will not give you a list of all videos of your site. You can use a tag like "video" for example to tag all items that contain video and then create a menu link to this tag.

J'ai bien cherché (ou alors très mal) et je ne suis pas parvenu à trouver une réponse à mon besoin.
Contexte :
J'ai un site d'actualité sur les artistes : www.nostendresannees.com
J'utilise bien sur K2 dans sa dernière version et le système de tag.
Pour chaque article, les tags entrés correspondent au nom de (des) artiste(s) cités dans mon article.
J'ai donc une base de données "tags" importante qui constitue en fait tous les artistes qui sont traités dans mon site.
Besoin
Ces tags, selon moi, pourraient avoir un vrai role au sein du site, de la navigation.
Aujourd'hui, ils sont visibles en bas de chaque article et et le module "en relation" se charge de croiser les données pour proposer des artiucles en ralation avec mes tags.
J'aurais souhaité pouvoir proposer une navigation complémentaire par tag (donc par Artiste)
L'idée serait de pouvoir afficher les tags par le biais d'une interface de type alphabétique (comme le fait ZOO dans laquelle l'utilisateur pourrait chercher et trouver le contenu trié par tags (donc par artictes).

C'est ambitieux je pense mais savez-vous si il existe aujourd'hui quelque chose qui pourrait aller dans ce sens ??

Under the item introtext in category view, there is displayed the category name (with a link) at the "Published in:" section.

When I hit the category (in order to display the items only for that specific category) the introtext is still displayed (as it should) BUT all html tags are stripped (the images included).

I have checked the configuration in K2 but I did not find something suspicious.

Could anyone please help? I suppose that it is not a bug , but I really missed something....

Hi. Looking at the page source i see that your site is setting the open graph meta tags twice. The first ( correct one, it's the item title ) is set by K2. You need to find which extension sets the second ( incorrect, it's the category title ) and disable it. If you have any extensions handling the Facebook meta tags, try to disable it. K2 will do the job just fine.

Thank you for your suggestion. I do not use Smart Search. When I look at the Plugins Manager, I found 8 of them. I should disable all of them, is that correct. I am so new to Joomla.
